Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Swimwear with removed hygiene liners
- Custom or personalized items
- Sale or clearance items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Visit specialtyswimwears.com and log into your account.
- Navigate to your order history and select the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Follow the prompts to generate a return label and authorization.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, you will be responsible for any price differences and additional shipping fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We may require photos for verification before processing a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return packages.
